Like all enthusiastic and upcoming bodybuilders, his goal was also to develop a great physique and maximize his gains from weight training exercises.
After having interacted closely with various trainers in the gym, his curiosity about weight training exercises led him to fulfil his desire of obtaining more knowledge about weight training.
In the year 2015, he obtained his fitness trainer certification from the International Sports Science Association.
In the year 2016, he set up his own gym. The tremendous response to his gym and his training style led him to obtain the certification of bodybuilding specialist from the International Sports Science Association in the year 2018 and the certification of fitness nutrition specialist in from the International Sports Science Association.

Staff are professional trainers, who looks after every client personally and assist them in achieving the targets. Sometimes if the trainers are occupied in helping others to boost in training, which is more certain, the owner himself who is certified trainer and dietician steps in to assist the clients.Staff is very particular about the results and are very friendly.I personally feel this gym is result oriented.You just asked some advise or something pertaining to ur diet/ exercise etc to staff and they come up several similar ideas to boost you in ur training.
I have never flet more welcome and comfortable than I do at v-shape gymnasium. There is always someone there ready to help you with any questions from setting up machines, weight or diet nutrition consultancy to BMI, BMR etc. test and also improvement in height or just have a laugh with ! Even members are so friendly and willing to help you if you need it.
